Ken Johnson - Managing Director
Ken is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with 16 years experience in heavy engineering. For the past 11 years he has managed Jayben and in that time has gained first hand knowledge of the agricultural and industrial driveline field.


Margaret Johnnson - Office Administrator
Margaret's background is secretarial/office management.  She was a legal secretary/personal assistant with a large Melbourne Law Firm for many years as well as having a Supervisory role.


Grant Supple - Sales & Warehouse Co-ordinator
Initially trained as an aircraft mechanic, Grant has excellent mechanical knowledge and experience. His is in charge of the assembly of new equipment and the servicing and repair aspects of the business.


Bedri Gulser - Machine Shop Co-ordinator
Great depth of experience in CNC machine operation.  Trained in Turkey, Bedri worked for 12 years in Germany and is conversant with the progamming and operation of all types of CNC machine tools.


Mark Matica - Sales & Assembly
Mark's experience is in steel fabrication and automotive spare parts. He also has a broad knowledge in machinery repair and maintenence.

Russell Lang - Toolmaker & Machinist
Russell is a qualified Fitter and Turner with experience also in Tool Making and operation of CNC machine tools.
